sunset royal was a perfect romantic getaway. the staff were outstanding and made sure every need was met. the location, beach, and room facilities were all top-notch. exceeded expectations.

The service and staff were exceptional and very professional. Very clean and well kept facilities. Breakfast selection was fine. Plenty of fresh fruit and wide selection of items. Many varieties of exotic drinks.

Pretty hard to screw up breakfast. With that said, lunch and dinner items were of questionable quality. Usually bland, tasteless or overcooked. Got the impression they chefs really didn’t care. Wish they would hire or promote better chefs!!!

Sunset Royal offers a variety of amenities including a nice pool and beach, convenient location in the hotel zone center, and the option to travel by boat for free to another side of the lagoon. The staff, especially Ulisses at the counter and Daniel, the waiter at the Italian restaurant, were helpful, kind, and funny.

Geovany and Abraham were masters at concocting delicious drinks that satisfied our taste buds. The cleaning staff, including Alicia and Doris, kept our room spotless. The exceptional staff truly made this hotel stand out.

The hotel staff were friendly and provided quick check-in and check-out experiences. I also appreciated the attention to detail, as there were evening events in the lobby and outdoor theater that made the atmosphere lively and fun. The basic amenities in the rooms were sufficient and I enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning.
